In addition to the handmade artisan ice cream Porta Bohemica, Mrs. Lucie Kudibálová also produces jams, chutneys and baked teas under the name Heavenly Delights Porta Bohemica.
All the delicacies are made from local ingredients - mainly apples, pears, plums, apricots and garden fruit, and pumpkin and onions are the vegetables of choice.
The different types of products are flavoured with chocolate (white, dark), alcohol or spices to create unique flavours such as pear with white chocolate, organic blackberry with fair trade chocolate, winter plum with spices and more. Instead of sugar, the products use a 100% natural sweetener with a high mineral content - panela (sugar cane juice).
All products are original and unique - whether in the ingredients used or in the flavouring.
