Church of All Saints – Litoměřice

Another dominant feature of the center of Litoměřice is the baroque dean's church of All Saints. Due to its color, it is nicknamed the White Church.

The Baroque Dean's Church of All Saints in Litoměřice is located in the city center on the corner of Dlouhá and Jezuitská streets in the southeast corner of Mírové náměstí opposite the Old Town Hall. Due to its typical white color on the facade, it is also simply called the white church.

The church is dominated by a 54 meter high clock tower and galleries. This originally Romanesque monument probably dates back to the beginning of the 12th century. In the past, the church was part of the city fortifications.

Today's Baroque appearance gained the church during the reconstruction in the 18th century.

Perhaps the most important work of the interior is the image of Christ on the Mount of Olives from the 16th century. Of the exterior decoration, the statue of the Virgin Mary is especially valuable.

The church is open to the public as part of the Church Monument roundtrip
