The permanent range includes 12 types of beer and special batches are produced for various anniversaries or celebrations. The brewery also has a pub with a garden.
The brewery of the Gentlemen of the Rose with a volume of 500 litres of produced wort in one brewing day. In 2015 we agreed with the owner Mr. Vondráček to buy the technology and gradually moved the brewery to the Ústí region. The question of why we kept the original name of the brewery comes to mind. We bought the brewery as a complete technology with "know how". And Židovice (but also Roudnice nad Labem) was owned by the Rožmberks before the Lobkowitz family.

EXCURSION PROGRAMME
Visitors will tour the brewhouse and the areas where the beer is fermented and lagered. The principle of beer production in a microbrewery will be explained in rough outline. At the end, all adults will have a tasting in the Brewery Restaurant.
HOW TO ORDER
Excursions are held on weekdays and weekends, at pre-determined times.
- Working day: 17:00 -22:00 hrs to be booked
- Saturday: 10:00-12:00 16:00-23:00 without reservation
- Sundays: 10:00-12:00 16:00-22:00 without bypass
At other times only larger groups by prior telephone arrangement.
