Goat farm Držovice

A small farm in the village of Držovice located less than 3 km from the town of Úštěk. They started breeding brown and white shorthair goats in 2002. Since January 2009, they have had their own cheese factory, where they produce products from goat, sheep and cow's milk. They breed goats and sheep, and they buy cow's milk.

The certificate was awarded to the farm for goat's milk products (fresh goat cheese, goat's milk, goat's baby gouda, goat's kefir, goat's gouda aged and goat's / sheep's curd). All products are made exclusively from the milk of goats and sheep, which graze freely on pastures adjacent to the farm. They do not use any additives or preservatives, only rennet and dairy cultures.

At the same time, farmers are holders of multiple awards of the Regional Food of the Ústí Region and the Přemysl Oráč Region Product Award.

The products are available directly on the goat farm, selected farmers' markets, farm shops and health food stores and some events.
