The press was built in 1739 and now its premises are used for processing, maturing and storing wine. Furthermore, the winery has reserved a part of these historic premises for wine tasting and sale.
Winery of St. Tomas offers tastings and cellar tours. Visits are possible on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Alternatively, it is possible to arrange a different day after prior negotiation.
Wines from the production of this winery are treated and processed exclusively by hand, as gently as possible. Both traditional white and red wines, which mature in oak barrels, are cautiously produced from grapes. Part of the blue grapes is processed by white wine technology on Pinot Noir Klaret.
