Milešovka Mountain

Milešovka is also proud of several other "firsts". It is also the windiest mountain and has the most storms in our country, which is why it is often called the Thunder Mountain. The view from the mountain is considered one of the most beautiful views not only in the Czech Republic. It offers an ideal circular view, because it exceeds its surroundings by a respectable 350 m. At the top is a lookout tower, a meteorological station and a permanent workplace of the Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences. After climbing to the top through the national nature reserve Milešovka, which is also an important European part of the NATURA 2000 system, it is possible to spend pleasant moments in the spot for tourists and refresh yourself in a mountain chalet.

Chalet Milešovka is on the mountain of the same name in the Central Bohemian Uplands.

Offers: basic refreshments - soup (while supplies last), hot sausages, alcoholic and soft drinks (beer Special Milešovka 11 from the Bishop's Brewery Litoměřice), confectionery, additional sales.

Card payments are possible. In case of payment in EUR - exchange rate: 23 CZK / 1 €. We do not accept meal or other vouchers.

Veber's emergency room on the top of Milešovka

On Milešovka, in December 2020, we opened Veber's emergency room for emergency overnight stay at the top. The capacity is 10 people and the staz is free of charge in modest conditions. You can see what the emergency room looks like in our gallery below.

How to get to Milešovka?

You can get to the top from several exit points:

from Bílky - 2,1 km along the red tourist route (parking lot)
from Milešoa - 2,5 km along the red tourist route (from the playground)
from Velemín - 5 km along the blue tourist route
from Černčice - 2,3 km along the blue tourist route
Lovoš - Milešovka - along the blue tourist route from the top to the top - 12 km
