Museum of the Czech Village, Peruc

The museum was built in 1876 in a former Baroque dump and is located in the grounds of the castle garden in Perec. Visitors can see a variety of tools, agricultural machinery, a fireman's syringe and even try out some of the exhibits.

The museum is divided into 3 floors. In the basement you will find a lot of agricultural machines, vehicles and fire trucks. The second floor houses an exposition with household appliances. Here you can find sewing machines, washing machines, but you can also see a glimpse of the living area such as the bedroom, dining room and kitchen. There is also a school classroom with desks and a teacher's desk.

The first half of the exhibition on the third floor is dedicated to prams and dolls. The second half is dedicated to crafts (carpentry, handmade shoes, beekeeping...).

The exhibits were donated to the museum by the inhabitants of the village and its surroundings.
