The Q stamp is awarded in cooperation with the Czech Tourism Union and professional associations. The Q mark can be applied for by the relevant professional association. The certificate, valid for three years, has already been used by more than 250 entities, from travel agencies to tourist and information centres. The system was created in cooperation with the CzechTourism agency, provides an opportunity to make oneself visible on the kudyznudy.cz portal, helps entrepreneurs, but also consumers.
The new Q brand is loosely based on the Czech Service Quality System, which represented the systemic management of service quality in the Czech Republic. This simpler model helps organisations to achieve higher customer satisfaction and supports the competitiveness of the Czech Republic as a tourist destination.
