Lucie Houšt'ová Šanovská graduated from the glass school in Železný Brod and has been working with glass for most of her life. In 2017, she and her partner Jaroslav Houštěm opened their own "glass studio" in Tašov. Together they realize and connect glass to all directions of this craft. Recycling and vintage have thus newly emerged.
Stained glass is the handmade processing of glass into the form of stained glass, which is produced using the Tiffany technique. The products are used as decorative objects, jewellery, utility objects (lamps, bowls, vessels). The glass is hand cut, cut and oiled with copper tape and then all the glass parts are tinned together. The glass is surface patinated and painted.
Each product is original, each piece requires 100% handmade.
All glass jewellery and products are made in the glass studio in Tašov, high in the Bohemian Central Highlands.
