The opening day included the ceremonial launch of the Guide to the Elbe Route 2022, which the Ústí nad Labem Region annually participates in publishing with the Partnership Foundation. "The Czech-German Cycling Guide Labská stezka provides information about certified services and accommodation options for cyclists, including contact details, accommodation capacity and distance from the trail," said Jiří Řehák, Deputy Governor of the Ústí nad Labem Region for Culture, Heritage Care and Tourism, about the requested material.
"In the brochure you will find orientation maps of the individual sections of the trail, which will give you information about where you are, as well as tips on the main attractions along the Elbe Trail, boat connections, ferries, a list of bike services and many others. Theproven 21x15 format adds to the practicality of the guide, which is available for cycling fans along the Elbe Trail at all tourist information centres on the Elbe and in facilities certified as Cyclists Welcome along the Elbe," added Jiří Řehák.
Visitors to the fair took away a number of promotional materials about the tourist destinations of the Ústí nad Labem Region. There was great interest in maps, holiday tips, gastronomic experiences and news for this year. The success of the whole event was underlined by the award for the Ústí nad Labem Region from the organiser for the Most Impressive Exposition up to 60 m².
The Destination Agency České středohoří participated in the Holiday world 2022 trade fair as part of the exhibition stand of the Ústí nad Labem Region - Gateway to Bohemia. Similarly, the Destination Agency České středohoří will also present itself at the ForBikes trade fair, which will take place from 25 to 27 March at the PVA Letňany in Prague.
