On Tuesday, 6 December, the 16th consecutive meeting of the certification committee that awards the ČESKÉ STŘEDOHOŘÍ Regional Product label took place in Litoměřice.
This time the new members are again beautiful products and experiences
- Delicious, tasty and healthy - Low carb pastries and cakes from Podřipská manufaktur pleasantly surprised the whole jury. The pastries are made fresh every day, handmade from their own mixtures and ingredients (almond flour, ground seeds and nuts, rye flour and more).
- Wooden decorations PASTUdomov, made by Mrs. Gollová from Ústí nad Labem in her beautiful workshop. Each piece of the product is original. Each is separately cut, decorated, usually painted in various shapes.
- Honey and an excursion to the AnnKas bee farm in Dubičná obtained certification for the existing beeswax candles. Ajka Novotná is a true heartthrob who will win the heart of every schoolchild and adult with her stories and knowledge about bees.
- TheJosephine Festival - a spectacular and extraordinary event, which is considered the largest historical festival focusing on the 18th century in Central Europe. The event has been held in the Terezín Fortress in this size since 2016.

Certifications are extended for another 3 years for Pivovar Hotelu Na Rychtě and their beers, the excellent craft ice cream Porta Bohemica, the unique Pastvin Festival, homemade lavender biscuits Lavandulky and Klapé lavender and finally fruit jams and dried apples from Grešík!
