The Terezín tourist information center provides information on tourist attractions, transport, accommodation and cultural and sports activities and events in and around the city.
In addition, there are several exhibitions on the origin, functioning and development of the fortress town of Terezín in the information center.
Furthermore, the information center is a starting point for unique and attractive tours of the underground corridors.

The tourist information center is located in Retranchement area 5
Retranchement area 5 is the last defensive line of the Terezín fortress, as it closes the throat of Bastion 5. Today, the very first Terezín Museum is established here, displaying the history of the city and the fortress from its foundation to the First Republic (1908-1938). It also houses the information center.
The car park at Retranchement area 5 was created from the ROP project: Revitalization of accesses to the reconstructed IOP buildings in Terezín - Retranchement area 5 car park project registration number: CZ.1.09 / 4.1.00 / 83.01261.
