Tourist trains will start running in the Bohemian Central Highlands on the first Saturday in April, thanks to which you will be able to visit other interesting places and destinations again.
The Zubrnická Museum Railway, Podřipský motoráček and Oparenský expres will start their regular routes. The Plum Railway also runs, but it is already a year-round line. The first two ferries will start their seasonal operation: the Nučnice - Nučničky and Svádov - Neštěmice. Boat lines T91 and T92 will start on the Elbe on Good Friday, 15 April 2022.
Tourist train lines from 2 April 2022
- Zubrnice Museum Railway - line T3 will take you from Ústí nad Labem through Velké Březno to Zubrnice. From there, there are many excursions on offer, such as a hike up Beech Mountain, a visit to the local Open Air Museum or you can walk back to Ústí. - Timetable
- Podřipský motoráček - line T5 will take you on the route Roudnice nad Labem - Straškov - Mšené-lázně - Budyně nad Ohří - Libochovice. Get off at one of the stops and walk to a delicious meal at Perlová voda or go to Hazmburk - timetable
- Oparenský expres - line T4 is a line that runs between Litoměřice - Žalhostice - Lovosice - Oparno - Chotiměř. Use the train for a walk through the flowering Oparno valley, for a hike to Lovoš itself with a cottage on the top or for a visit to the ruins of Oparno Castle. You can get off both in Oparno and in Chotiměř. - Timetable
Ferries from 2. 4. 2022
- TheNučničky ferry - Nučnice - can be used with a bicycle during a bicycle trip along the Elbe Trail. The ferry runs only on Fridays from 1 pm to 7 pm and Saturdays, Sundays from 10 am to 7 pm - timetable
- Ferry Neštěmice - Svádov - it is a passenger ferry also suitable for cyclists. The ferry runs daily from 9 am to 6 pm, in July and August until 8 pm. - Timetable
Other ferries will start their season during May and June.
