Beer Lanýž - Courtyard Pearl Water
All beers are labeled Lanýž, are of different degrees and forms of fermentation (top-fermented, bottom-fermented beers), are unpasteurized and unfiltered.
Lanýž beer is brewed in a private microbrewery, which is part of the Dvůr Perlová voda estate in Kostelec nad Ohří.
All beers are labeled Lanýž, are of different degrees and forms of fermentation (top-fermented, bottom-fermented beers), are unpasteurized and unfiltered.
Theexceptional character of Lanýž beer is given by the local well water, which comes from its own, approximately 60 m deep borehole in the limestone bedrock (it is extremely hard and mineral). Combined with the technology and production process used, the result is a product whose taste and overall impression is virtually impossible to replicate elsewhere.
The beer is brewed according to traditional procedures and recipes, from quality Czech malts and hop varieties from the Žatecko - Úštěk region. The beers are always characterized by a properly balanced ratio of flavours and aromas to match their parameters to the given type of beer, and in particular they are distinguished by a very good to above-average drinkability.
The high quality of the beer on tap in the Dvůr Dvůr Perlová voda restaurant is ensured thanks to the drafting directly from the pressurization tanks, where the beer retains its maximum desired properties.
The main motif on the labels of all Lanýž beers is the silhouette of the ruins of Hazmburk Castle, created on the basis of our own graphic design. The beer can also be purchased for subsequent consumption in glass and PET bottles.
